Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Here's our policy on refunds for dance classes purchased at bellydancenc.com.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund only if both of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase

• The class is scheduled to begin more than 24 hours from the time of the request

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at dancingdeserae@yahoo.com with:

• Your full name

• Email address used for registration

• Class name and purchase date

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The class has already started or occurred before request was made

• The request is made more than 24 hours after purchase

• The request is made within 24 hours of class start time
